Reimagining Spiritual Connection

Let's be real, the world's doing a major shake-up, and the way we connect spiritually is part of that. Church attendance? It's been on a steady slide. Young folks? Many are feeling disconnected, not because they're ditching the Divine, but because some of the old narratives just aren't hitting home anymore. You know, the fire and brimstone stuff.

Well, Mary Baker Eddy saw this coming over a century ago. And after years of digging, we know there are still tons of seekers out there – people who'd resonate with the powerful ideas of Christian Science if they just knew what it was.

That's where we come in. We're not about just those couple of hours on Sunday and Wednesday. We're about living our spiritual understanding in the other 166 hours of the week – the "whatever else" that flows from a deep connection to Divine Principle.

Think of our Society as a hub: a place where transformation-seekers, connection-cravers, and those needing a spiritual breather can come together. We're talking study, mingling, and finding your tribe. Spiritual wellness? Enlightenment? That's the bedrock of everything we do. Our gatherings? They're a buffet of topics designed to help you grow.

And here's the deal: you don't need to be a card-carrying Christian Scientist (or any kind of 'ist' for that matter) to hang with us. We're all about building an inclusive, diverse crew – different cultures, faiths, you name it. We genuinely believe that when we learn from folks with all sorts of backgrounds, we all get a little brighter.

Our Story (Short Version)

The folks at Third Church of Christ Scientist here in Salt Lake City? They had a vision. They knew their work wasn't done and wanted to reach out in a fresh way. So, we decided to evolve into this Society – a welcoming, interactive bunch dedicated to sharing the good news of Christian Science .

And where do we do this? In a cool co-working space in downtown Salt Lake City designed for personal and spiritual growth. Think collaborative, creative vibes with chill spots for prayer, deep study resources, and even a quiet room for one-on-one chats. It's a space intentionally designed to flip the script on how we think about spiritual exploration. You can step away from the noise, breathe in designated quiet areas, connect in nature-filled lounges, and really dig into resources that'll help you grow.

Ultimately, we're about creating a space where you can explore, connect, and live your spiritual understanding out loud.
